Terms and Conditions.
The K-9 ARTEFACTS “iPad Every Month 2012” ("Draw") is open to all Singapore citizens and residents (collectively, the "Eligible Persons" and each, an "Eligible Person") who is aged 16 and above.
The qualifying period for each Draw is from 1 June 2012 to 30 December 2012, both dates inclusive (the ”Qualifying Period").
K-9 ARTEFACTS’ employees or ex-employees and their immediate family members or employees or ex-employees of K-9 ARTEFACTS partners/merchants and their immediate family members are not eligible under the Draw.
There are a total of five (05) monthly draws - 1 September, 1 October, 1 November, 1 December and 31 December 2012. The prize for each monthly draw is two (02) Apple iPad 16GB Wi-Fi.
One (01) Apple iPad 16GB Wi-Fi for the winner and one (01) Apple iPad 16GB Wi-Fi for the Merchant who sold the bag of ORIJEN to the winner.
Each Draw will be conducted at 3018 Bedok North Street 5 #01-22 Singapore 486132 at 12:00pm (or on such other date or time or at such other venue as may be determined by K-9 ARTEFACTS) and one (1) winning Eligible Person will be selected at random by such means and methods (which may be manual or computerized) as K-9 ARTEFACTS may determine at each Draw.
K-9 ARTEFACTS reserves the right to draw reserve winners to replace any winner subsequently found to be disqualified. All winners will be notified via mobile and/or email.
Where the Prize remains unclaimed for 1 month after the date of the Draw, the winner will be forfeited. A replacement winner will then be drawn.
If any person is subsequently discovered to be not entitled or ineligible to participate in the Draw or ineligible to receive the prize, K-9 ARTEFACTS reserves the right to forfeit/reclaim the prize at its discretion and confer the same on any other person as may be selected by K-9 ARTEFACTS in any manner as K-9 ARTEFACTS deems fit. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from K-9 ARTEFACTS should any prize be forfeited.
K-9 ARTEFACTS may at its sole discretion substitute or replace any prize with any other prize of equal or similar value (in kind) selected by it, without prior notice.
Unless otherwise indicated by K-9 ARTEFACTS, all prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or for any other item.
The winner must present Identification Card during prize presentation/collection at our participating Merchant outlets.
The winner agrees to co-operate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of K-9 ARTEFACTS relating to the Draw and agrees that K-9 ARTEFACTS may publicize the name and/or photograph of each winner in such mode and manner as K-9 ARTEFACTS considers fit.
Without prejudice to these terms and conditions, all participants in the Draw expressly and irrevocably permit and authorize K-9 ARTEFACTS to disclose, reveal and divulge information regarding their particulars to the parties involved in organizing, promoting and conducting the Draw for the purposes of the Draw.
K-9 ARTEFACTS’ decision on all matters relating to this Draw will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence/dispute on prize or winner shall be entertained.
In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Draw, these terms and conditions will prevail.
K-9 ARTEFACTS reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this Draw or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any person, the bases and methods of identification of winners and the dates of the Draw.
K-9 ARTEFACTS shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Draw, including any act or omission relating to any person's participation howsoever caused, any error in computing any draw chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment and any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post.
Singapore law shall govern these Terms and Conditions and the participants in the Draw irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
K-9 ARTEFACTS reserves the right to modify or amend the Draw mechanics without prior notice.
